Members of the coalition will gain the support of other organisations and entities to preserve end-to-end encryption and foster a conducive environment for cryptographic innovation. This support will come in the form of programs created by the coalition to develop explainers, position papers, tool kits, regulatory submissions, advocacy campaigns, and discussions with key global stakeholders in the encryption discourse. This would allow members to have access to top technical and legal experts in the domain.
CIPHER will not make any submissions or take positions that could be attributed to a member without their consent. Members of the coalition will be invited to extend their support for the activities in line with their membership category of choice, which consists of the following.
